Once you make a decision, the Universe conspires to make it happen.
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
There are times in our lives where we know we need to transition, but we feel stuck. And other times where transition is brought upon us through change. Either way, it can be incredibly challenging to navigate alone.
Coaching can help you get unstuck, create awareness, discover new possibilities and perspectives, help you set goals, help hold yourself accountable...and ultimately change your life as you know it.
I can help you:
discover the direction in which you want to take your life
make a plan to get there
stay on track

Initially I was hesitant to join the program. I wasn't sure how this type of work could help me in the midst of so much change. After speaking with Laura, who was so welcoming, and hearing her approach I decided to commit and I'm so glad that I did. Laura is such a compassionate individual and her passion shines through in her sessions. She guides you through a series of modules that expertly unpacks and builds your sense of identity and helps you align it with your goals. She is skilled at being gentle and focused and is highly attuned to the needs of the group. With her help, I was able to focus in on my core values and learned how to leverage them as I prepared to move through a significant period of transition. Through the experiences she provided and the sense of community she fostered between participants, I feel much more confident moving through difficulty to achieve my goals. It was an invaluable experience.
