Activate Self-Compassion Program
Activate Self Compassion is a group coaching program offered to help end the search for happiness and fulfillment...once and for all!
To end the feelings of being stuck, alone, afraid and constantly seeking affirmation and self-belief in the wrong places and things.
You cannot find this from any external source.
The Activate Self-Compassion program offers tools and resources for coping through life's discomforts and becoming stronger emotionally.
This program will help you discover that all of the joy, peace, love you are searching for is already there...within you.
Exercises will involve:
formal learning about self compassion, related practices, tools
beautiful guided meditations
journaling exercises and self reflection
group and 1:1 sharing and discussion
By learning the practices of Mindfulness, Self-Compassion and Loving-Kindness...we open ourselves up to this possibility.
This is a 10 week program starting June 15th until August 17th.
Date and Time: Tuesdays from 8-9:30pm
Location: Virtual through Zoom
What you need: a journal, pen, candle, lighter, comfortable cushion, an open heart, a willingness to learn and a positive mindset.
Program cost: $749
10 weekly structured sessions facilitated by Laura

Series 1: Introduction to Mindfulness, Mindful Self Compassion, Loving-Kindness
Weeks 1 - 4 will be focus on providing an introduction to mindfulness and how it relates to self-compassion and loving kindness.
Series 2: Understanding Difficult Emotions and Relationships, Self Acceptance
Weeks 5 - 8 will be focused on how to label and work through difficult emotions, discovering your compassionate voice.
Series 3: Finding Alignment and Living Your Best Life
Weeks 9 and 10 will focus on discovering the beauty within, aligning your life to your values, self appreciation, gratitude.
