Transitions are a part of every day living. Some transitions are bigger than others and some start from an internal change in thinking while others are externally driven. If you are looking to find more meaning in your life, wanting to make a change or are you going through a change related to work or your relationship? This workshop will help you determine where you are in transition, understand the work that is ahead of you, bring awareness to where you spend your time and energy now, what you want to prioritize and what you need to let go of. An incredibly powerful step on your journey.

Saturday, May 15th - 9am to 12pm

Most of the time, we are the biggest thing that is getting in our own way. Typically, its negative thought patterns that hold us back from creating the life that we want and deserve. This inner saboteur can be ruthless. In this workshop, you will meet your inner saboteur head on, you will get to know it better and become more aware of the damage it is doing. You'll understand how it reinforces core beliefs you have developed over the years. And you will learn how to combat that inner saboteur and begin to learn how to take your power back. You will be introduced to different tools and practices to help you achieve this.

Saturday, May 29th - 9am to 12pm

If you know where you are in transition and you have dealt with your inner saboteur - you're ready to do the hard work of understanding what is meaningful to you. We often think we know but until we dig deep under the surface, we won't really know. We will go through some amazing exercises to help you better understand your values, true wants and desires. We will also explore what it is you need to unlearn and let go of in order to allow the room for a life of meaning.

Saturday, June 12th - 9am to 12pm

In order to participate in this workshop, completion of the previous three workshops is necessary. If you have a good understanding of your strengths, values as well as a handle on your inner saboteur, you're ready to start envisioning and manifesting what your future will be. This is incredibly exciting work and will be done through guided meditation, visualization, journaling  and group discussion. Having a solid comfort level with both meditation and journaling is required.

This is a very practical, hands on workshop where you will leave with your one year vision documented through a digital representation of images and words.
